What do I need to get started?
Your company name and website, and your work email, which we confirm with a six-digit code. It takes a couple of minutes.
Our company is already in the directory.
Choose Get started and enter your company. We connect you to the existing profile. If it already has an owner, you can ask to join it as a manager.
How much does an Enhanced Profile cost?
The monthly and annual prices are shown above in US dollars, pounds and euros. Annual billing includes three months free. Prices exclude taxes, which are added at checkout where they apply.
Who can buy an Enhanced Profile?
The owner of the company profile. If your work email matches your company website, you become the owner and your Enhanced Profile starts as soon as payment is confirmed. Otherwise we confirm your link to the company first: your card is saved but not charged until then, and if we cannot confirm it, nothing is charged.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach ConfX. You receive a receipt for every payment, and invoices are in Manage billing in your account.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Switch between monthly and annual billing, update your card or cancel at any time from Manage billing. When you cancel, the profile stays Enhanced until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, or within 14 days of an annual renewal, from your account. See billing and refunds in our Terms.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes, until you cancel. For annual plans we email you before each renewal.
What happens to our profile if we stop paying?
It returns to a Standard Profile. Your company information is kept, and content available only with an Enhanced Profile is hidden until you upgrade again.
Is Enhanced included with sponsorship?
Yes. Event sponsors and DemandGen Program clients receive an Enhanced Profile.
Can colleagues help manage our profile?
Yes. Several people from your company can manage the profile together. Only the owner manages billing.
How quickly does a new profile go live?
New companies go live as soon as our team has reviewed them.
