How it works
- Describe the decision and start from a template or from scratch
- Set criteria and weight each from 1 to 5
- Name two to five options and score each from 0 to 5
- Record how well each score is backed up: verified, claimed or no evidence
How the ranking is calculated
Each option's score is the sum of score × weight across the criteria you scored, divided by the highest possible total for those criteria, giving a result out of 100. Unscored criteria are left out and flagged.
The sensitivity check sets each criterion's weight to 1 and to 5 in turn. If the leading option changes, that criterion is listed so you can agree its weight before deciding.
Limitations
The result reflects the criteria, weights and scores you enter. Your scorecard stays in your browser unless you save it to your account.
