Solutions Directory Policy

These Directory Terms apply to the Solutions Directory and supplement our Terms and Conditions. They apply to visitors who browse the Directory, members who request introductions or shortlists, and companies whose profiles appear in it.

1. Purpose

The Solutions Directory helps professionals discover technology and service companies, understand what they offer and connect with them. Inclusion in the Directory, featured placement or inclusion in a shortlist is not an endorsement or recommendation by ConfX.

2. Profile information

Profiles compiled by ConfX are based on publicly available information and show when they were last reviewed. Where information has not been confirmed, the field is left blank until the company provides it. We make reasonable efforts to keep profiles accurate but do not guarantee their completeness or accuracy.

3. Adding and claiming profiles

Companies may add a profile or claim an existing one free of charge. We verify that the person claiming a profile is authorised to act for the company, normally through an email address on the company’s domain, and we may request further evidence. Verified owners can update their profile and receive introduction requests.

4. Listing standards

Profile owners must ensure that all information is accurate, current and not misleading, and that they have the right to publish any content, logos and materials they upload. Profiles must not include unsubstantiated claims, references to other companies’ products that may mislead, or content that breaches our Terms and Conditions. We may edit, suspend or remove any profile that does not meet these standards.

5. Enhanced Profiles

Enhanced Profiles are paid subscriptions bought by a company’s verified profile owner. They add featured placement, which is labelled, and further content to a profile. Billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are covered by our billing terms. Payment does not influence our research, briefings or editorial coverage, or the results of shortlists and introductions.

6. Introductions and shortlists

Introduction and shortlist requests are available to signed-in members. Each request includes its purpose and context. We review requests before passing them on, and a company receives a member’s contact details only after the member has agreed for that specific company. Companies must use these details only to respond to the request and must not add members to marketing lists without their consent. We may decline or withdraw introductions at our discretion.

7. Removal and corrections

Companies can request correction or removal of their profile by claiming it or emailing info@confxglobal.com. We will act on verified requests within a reasonable time.

8. Liability

Any engagement, contract or transaction between a member and a listed company is solely between them. ConfX is not a party to it and is not responsible for the products, services or conduct of listed companies.
